For governments & food agencies
Satellite estimates guess. Annual surveys lag. Plant knows — because tens of thousands of farmers tell it what they grow, where, and how it's doing, every single day. Aggregated and anonymized, that becomes the most current agricultural map a ministry has ever had.
For ministries of agriculture, food-security agencies, and development banks
How the flywheel works
Plant isn't a survey farmers fill in for someone else's benefit. It's an AI agronomist they use because it helps them — and that daily, voluntary use is what makes the national picture accurate.
Daily irrigation advice, weather alerts, and answers — the agronomist in their pocket. Free to start.
Every plot registered — crop, variety, location, season — is verified daily against satellite and weather data.
Aggregated, anonymized national intelligence: what grows where, how it's coping, and where trouble is forming.
Targeted subsidies, timely interventions, better extension services — which brings more farmers to Plant.
The incentives line up: the better we serve farmers, the better the national picture gets. No coercion, no surveys, no surveillance.
The national dashboard
This is an illustrative view of the ministry dashboard, with demonstration data. Every number is an aggregate — the dashboard is built so that individual farms cannot be seen, searched, or inferred.

What ministries get
What grows where, by crop and variety, updated continuously — not a survey from eighteen months ago. Watch planting decisions as they happen, season by season.
Planting shortfalls, drought stress, and yield anomalies surface weeks or months before they become food-price headlines — with enough lead time to act.
Design subsidies around real gaps — then watch adoption in the same dashboard. Did the wheat subsidy move plantings? You'll know within weeks, not years.
Plant's core competence: irrigation. See national water stress by region and crop, and quantify the savings smart irrigation delivers at scale.
Watch crops and varieties shift across climate zones over seasons — the evidence base for adaptation planning and international climate reporting.
Extension advice, subsidy announcements, and emergency guidance can reach every participating farmer through a channel they already use daily — their AI agronomist.
Privacy architecture
Farmers trust Plant because it works for them. That trust is the foundation of everything — including the national picture. So the government product is built with hard technical limits, not just policy promises.
Government dashboards are computed from anonymized groups with a hard minimum threshold — no statistic is ever rendered for fewer than 100 farms. Individual plots, names, and coordinates never enter the system.
Participation in aggregate statistics is disclosed plainly at signup, and farmers can opt out or delete their data at any time — without losing access to their AI agronomist.
The agronomic advice a farmer receives is never altered, filtered, or withheld to serve a policy goal. The agronomist in your pocket works for you — that is a contractual commitment.
Plant's government products are statistical instruments for food security and support programs. They are not built for, licensed for, or usable for taxation, land disputes, or enforcement against individuals.
GDPR-grade data handling, independent privacy audits, and published transparency reports covering every government engagement.
If a government use would damage farmer trust, we don't build it. The flywheel only spins in one direction: value to farmers first, insight second.
Governments see the forest. Only the farmer sees their own tree. No exceptions, no special access, no plot-level data — for any partner, at any price.
